Vassilis Liapis was born in 1983 and began studying Japanese martial arts in 2000, practicing in Genbukan Ninpο Bugei, as well as iaido, kendo and jodo, under Vassilis Petalas. He also practiced at the Pammahon of Kostas Dervenis with Stamatis Stamatoglou, while he was also involved in Wudang Taijiquan under the guidance of Yiannis Patsios for five years. He came into contact with the teaching of Kacem Zoughari in 2012, and is still a student of Noda Asproulis. Promotes the thorough study of the Bujinkan schools of bujutsu and ninjutsu, being the main instructor of the Bujinkan Bimyo Dojo Athens.
